Stick with me for this one. I’m heavy in air signs, autism and language. But I promise I will land the point. And if I don’t you can have your money back for this free service I’m over here offering, of my perspective.
A red herring is a literary concept to distract you from the point while something else is brewing in the background, that way we’re all on the same contextual page. Both literally and figuratively.
We’ve never had more access to information. Right? If you surf through instagram you’re going to find a million how-to-tutorials. A fitness influencer who tells you how to get 180 grams of protein in one meal, a wellness influencer selling you vitamins, and a constant stream of useless information to distract you from the point. Which is the fact that your body is YOURS. And the only one who can tune in to care for it exactly as it needs to be cared for is you. You can gain information from these posts, but you’ll be all over the place and never fully understand YOURSELF. And that’s who you incarnated on earth to meet. Y’all. Is YOU.
You can do everything that someone says. But if it’s not the right thing for your body, it’s simply a red herring. And a way to waste your time without ever really doing anything. Especially in a world where you cannot tell if something is real or created by AI, you have to kinda assume that the content you’re consuming isn’t even from a real human, and therefore a production put on by something that holds consciousness potentially, but not a human body. Yet.
So the question then becomes: why is all of this conflicting information allowed and prevalent? And who do you believe? How do you hold yourself through the experience of doing everything exactly wrong?
Well. my name is Anami Grace and I’ve got ideas. LOL. (Listen, this is my millennial emotional support LOL – talk to my agent if you don’t like it.)
But we have to start listening to the wisdom of our bodies. They carry enough information encoded in our DNA to reach pluto. And we learn how to listen to our bodies by treating them kindly. Have you eaten? Have you rested? Have you held yourself? Have you expressed yourself creatively? Have you moved your body? Have you dressed your body in breathable fabrics? Have you cared for yourself like you are someone you love? Have you spoken kind words to yourself? What content are you consuming and sharing?
Stop for just a moment the next time you open ANY social media app. And just think that all of the information you’re about to receive is all a distraction from the wonderful work of YOU. A way to keep your mind in a constant loop of fight/flight/freeze/faint/faun. And start asking the universe for protection for your mind, body & soul.
We have to start assuming that all of this is a production to distract us from the real wonder of finding out that our bodies are beautiful instruments that we have to learn how to play, harmonize, love, care for and show kindness to.
So here is my suggestion: take it or leave it. I’m just some delusional lady typing words on a website. Before you do ANYTHING else: say out loud to your body: For the good of all and the harm to none. I love you, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to care for you again today. Will you show me how to best love and care for you today? It’s that simple. And it will show you. It will show you when and what to eat. It will show you how to best hold yourself in rest. It will show you how to hold it through challenging moments. IT WILL SHOW YOU THE NEXT STEPS YOU NEED TO TAKE IF YOU LET IT.
Your body is a sacred interface that only YOU have to interact with the world as we know it. And your internal knowing is something you’ve been taught to deeply mistrust, which is wild, because your body already knows the way. You gotta trust the technology of the universe. Not the black mirror you hold in your hand.
If you see something scary on the interwebs, it’s incredibly important to start asking why they would sensor the f word in the comments, but not footage of someone being pew-pewed in the head? Start using the interface of your body to critically think about the content you’re consuming and why it’s allowed, but content about universal knowing, internal knowing, love, kindness and joy is suppressed?
Y’all are smarter than that. We gotta let that production burn itself out and take really wonderful care of our bodies. We are sacred technology held in human flesh. Act like it.
Anyway, love and light to you all. Take care! Bye.
