Balancing Faith & Fear

The difference between riding the wave of collapse and being pummeled by the wave of collapse is held in our human bodies. Hear me out.

I’m going to hold a few ideas out for you to connect. You ready? 1-2-3 all eyes on me.

First thought: Anxiety, like every emotion, is a 90 second hormone surge that visits from time to time as a way to teach us something about ourselves and the world.

Second thought: our current relationship with anxiety is completely out of balance, and we have to learn how to hold our feelings in a state of continual playfulness in order to move them through our body.

Third thought: creativity, play, and holding ourselves in our bodies, in the present moment, are all the antidotes to fear.

Fourth thought: we are the only ones who hold the deep rooted power to change and shift our worlds, and our external realities are created by our minds. So, our relationship with everything depends on the amount of focus we’re putting on it. What we pay attention to expands.

For when we learn to move our anxiety through our human bodies, instead of holding it, we learn the depth of ourselves, and what we’re able to actually do, and we can hold ourselves in purpose rather than fear.

The distortion of capitalism requires your constant state of attention, anxiety/fear and fear to keep you stuck in their loops of confusion and without the freedom of your own mind.

I suggest that it becomes even more imperative to create rich and dynamic internal worlds to protect our minds against further brain damage from this system.

Okay. I’m going to start connecting this for you. Ready? Again. 1-2-3 all eyes on me.

We have to have faith that the matriarchs are already in play in their little sphere’s of influence. I am one of these matriarchs. I have spent my entire lifetime studying humanity, and I am one step away from becoming a beloved leader in my community. I’m an expert on emotional regulation, I have had all of these experiences that had created a vast and lovely harmony with my life and I will lend that to whatever role I play in the next phase of our evolution.

There are 100% others like me, holding themselves, already positioned to have our voices heard by many. To move knowledge, understanding, love, hope and create systems that we cannot even imagine at the moment.

Okay – so what comes after this nonsense isn’t all figured out yet, but we hold the framework within ourselves to create whatever we need while anchored in love, kindness, compassion, and the idea that the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

But this distortion has to play out. We have to see that it’s rotten from the inside. So this time is us bearing witness to the horrors of this system that requires the ones with the true power to be subjugated and ruled. The ones with the true power to create are the indigenous, people of color, and women. All you have to do is to look at us when we are whole and the power is spoken without us ever even saying a word.

We can no longer accept anxiety/fear as a good enough reason to hold us in the current system, and it is our DUTY. Yeah. I said duty. To create a better world for ourselves and others.

But – how do we do that?

By knowing ourselves through our anxiety. By witnessing ourselves through the lens of anxiety. By holding ourselves and carving out a little safety for ourselves in this brutal world of complete and utter absurdity.

Curiosity becomes our key to ourselves. But we cannot hold the safety for curiosity when we watch the horrors unfold 24 hours a day a 7 days a week.

Y’all. We cannot learn, we cannot create, we cannot move ourselves through the nonsense outside of ourselves until we hold a little piece of safety within ourselves.

So. This is where you have to learn while still in fear right. Which is why I’ve used my love spell twice in this particular post. We have to carve out our little place of sovereignty. And, if you can’t do that just yet, what gets you closer?

But seriously. Look for a little space in your physical space that is safe, just for you, and can hold your human body free from outside perception. And if you can’t do that. Find a corner of your mind to hold all of your anxious thoughts.

Get as far as you can as fast as you can. I have a beach in Hawai’i where I go and lay when everything is too much outside of me or even inside of me. Nothing can hurt me there, it’s my little sanctuary I made up for myself.

You can create whatever you want in your mind, and all you have to do is be curious enough to find out.

Then. from there you’re going to ask yourself what you physically can do. And give yourself permission to ONLY focus on what you have power over. Nobody in the history of ever. Was really changed by some stranger on the internet worrying about them. There are no prizes for being the most worried or responsible. For both are all made up.

When something comes across your FYP: start asking yourself 3 questions: 1) What are the vibes of this post is it educational, enriching, or silly? 2) Can I do anything about what this person is saying? 3) Does it feel aligned with my internal knowing?

If the answer is no for any of those questions, you have to learn to skip it.

Also, just realize that there are things that are still going to come out that are absolutely wild, like the fact that your biofield is being hacked by your job. And you need to protect your energy. Always trust the vibes my friends.

Look for content that enriches your internal world. I know of where you can find some. 😉

But the more invested you become in creating a rich and powerful internal world to run to, the more that your external reality will shift to hold this as real for you. Because the world is created from the inside out.

Make a plan for if you see something scary happen right in front of you. Visualize and hold that plan as your safety net, but then go on in creating that internal world. And any time you have an intrusive or worrying thought, remember your plan, and do what you can to witness your anxiety and move it through you.

And then – what did you play as a kid? I’m so serious right now. Learn how to tap back into that playfulness. And learn how to play it again as an adult with more money this time.

I play by dancing, singing, cooking, seeing beautiful things, taking myself on adventures. I play by moving my body through time space. I play by creating, I play by holding the most ridiculous bits of me in honor and loving them.

I play by understanding that there is waaaaaaay more to me than capitalism will ever know. I am a multidimensional being having a human experience at the moment.

But the point I must make is that we have to shift our internal worlds to meet the beauty we want in the outside world. And we do that by learning to deeply trust and care for our human bodies.

Because the best cared for version of you is the one who makes it out of this system to find freedom, and freedom isn’t what we’ve been sold. It doesn’t require violence. It requires dominion and sovereignty. Both of which are found within you, and your power is a quest away from being seated within you.

Create a world where you do better, and I’m betting it will meet the needs of many. Thanks for sticking with me for this one. I hope you found it helpful.
